Yasmin Pantoja, LCSW

As a trauma-informed therapist, I take a strengths-based, holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body and spirit.

I support clients facing challenges like trauma, substance use, relationship issues, low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build on your strengths, and work toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my golden retriever, Willow—who reminds me daily of the value of presence and play.
