• Individual, Couples & Family Therapy

Our therapists are licensed, well-established in the field and share a passion for a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. We practice from a foundation of humanistic therapy, meaning we focus on building a genuine and collaborative relationship between therapist and client.

We utilize evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mind-Body Bridging (MBB) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We also offer the Gottman Method when working with couples.

We are trained to help our clients cope with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, substance use and faith crises. We also have therapists who specialize in the unique challenges facing the LGBTQIA+ community.

  • Ear Acupuncture

Are you ready to try something new? Ear acupuncture, aka NADA Protocol, is an effective treatment that involves gently inserting up to five needles into specific energetic points in the ear. After the needles are inserted, you may fall asleep, experience a meditative state or simply feel calm and grounded.

The NADA Protocol was developed in the 1970s to help people in recovery deal with trauma, anxiety, depression, irritability and cravings. Since then, this holistic treatment has been shown to improve sleep, decrease stress and provide a general feeling of well-being for all walks of life.

We are certified Auricular Acu-Technicians trained by physicians.

  • Autism Assessments

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects the way a person behaves, thinks, and communicates. While ASD can make interacting with the world challenging, it also comes with incredible gifts, such as focused learning, enhanced memory and refreshing honesty. The number of people diagnosed with ASD has risen consistently since the 1990s. Currently, about 4 in 100 boys and 1 in 100 girls in the U.S. are on the spectrum.

If you have questions about autism and wonder if you or a loved one meet criteria for a formal diagnosis, we can help. Although everyone is different, many folks who receive a diagnosis later in life often report a sense of relief and a greater understanding of their own abilities and difficulties.

We offer the ADOS-2 and ADI-R for autism assessment and can guide you through the process with expertise and compassion.

  • Medication Management

We understand the value of combining the right therapy with carefully considered medication. Our providers will thoroughly assess and diagnose new patients prior to recommending medications for anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders and more. We also offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for those with substance use disorders, which combines medication with therapy and lifestyle changes.

  • Ketamine Assisted Therapy

    Not Accepting New Clients
Ketamine is a prescription anesthetic that has been used since 1970. Clinicians can now prescribe ketamine off-label to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and even chronic pain. At lower doses, ketamine can heal unhealthy neural pathways and help you gain clarity. Our ketamine-assisted protocol (KAP) includes ketamine treatments with expert therapy.

  • Payment Options

We currently accept Aetna, Regence BCBS, Select Health and United Healthcare. We are working toward accepting other commercial insurance plans.

If you’re not insured by one of the above plans, we can provide you with a “superbill” invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Wondering if you’re eligible for insurance reimbursement? The first step is to call your insurance company and ask if you have out-of-network benefits. Then ask if you owe a deductible. Last step is to ask, “What’s the max amount my plan will reimburse for mental health service code 90837 (therapy) and 99605-99607 (med management).”

    Hope this helps.

We can help you manage your mental health with therapy, medication or the latest alternative treatments.
