Sue Brown, LCSW

Before starting Lemi, I spent years as a crisis worker in the ER, sitting with people during some of the hardest times of their lives. That taught me how fragile life can be—and how vital it is to have steady support when things fall apart.

Today, I help people slow down, notice what’s no longer working and reconnect with what matters. I believe healing happens not just through insight and self-compassion, but through connection—to ourselves, to others and to something deeper, whether that’s nature, creativity or community.

My approach is holistic—mind, body and spirit—focused on the whole person. Together, we’ll explore what’s showing up in your body, your thoughts and your relationships, creating space for more clarity and resilience.
