Sue Brown, LCSW
Before starting Lemi, I spent nearly a decade working in the ER as a crisis worker, sitting with people during some of the hardest days of their lives. That experience shaped how I see this work. It taught me how quickly life can change—and how much it matters to have someone steady and compassionate beside you when it does.
I help people slow down and make sense of what feels heavy, stuck, or overwhelming. Together, we look at what's no longer working and make space for something healthier and more aligned with who you are.
I don't believe healing is just about talking things through. It's also about paying attention to your body, your relationships, your daily life, and what gives your life meaning. My approach is whole-person focused—practical, thoughtful, and grounded in clinical experience.
Most of all, I want you to feel supported, understood, and a little less alone in whatever you're carrying.
