I am known for my empathetic, client-centered and relational approach to therapy, as well as my ability to build rapport and create a safe, genuine connection with clients. I am deeply committed to ongoing learning, collaboration and the use of evidence-based practices to support meaningful growth and healing. Most importantly, I am committed to YOU—as my client and as a whole person.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
Outside of my work, I enjoy all things outdoors and spending time with my family and kiddos!

Background: 7+ years of experience working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, personality disorders, trauma and substance use. 5+ years working with adolescent females in residential treatment and 2 years working with adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Education: BS in Psychology, Southern Utah University & MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Westminster University.
