Kami Rosen, CSW
All great relationships start with individuals. All people have something unique to offer one another, but with the stressors of day-to-day life that can manifest through anxiety, sadness, trauma, relationship changes, and mental load, navigating relationships with our loved ones and ourselves can take a back seat. I am focused on helping individuals and couples brighten their relationships with themselves and others. Each individual has the capacity to be loved, understood, and valued. This comes by first loving and understanding oneself, and then connecting with and understanding our partner or other loved ones.
Mental wellness is for all and we all have minds that need care, kindness, and discussion. If you are interested in a structured and goal driven experience that allows space to explore what your mind is needing most right now - let's chat!
