Julia Puckett, CSW

Being human can be overwhelming, stressful, and confusing. It’s natural to wish we had a road map to help us navigate the peaks and valleys of our lives. While I don’t have a map, I’ve found that many of the journeys we take are better with someone supportive in the passenger seat. I am committed to a practice full of curiosity, openness, compassion, and clarity.

It is important to me to combine evidence-rooted practices and systemic understanding with approaches that prioritize you as the expert in your own life. I am passionate about helping you feel supported in your unique healing journey through holistic paths that nurture the whole you. I deeply admire the variety of experiences and the individuality of the human condition, and want to help you find ways to thrive. Your story is like no other, and I’m here to help you explore your past and nurture your future.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, and I have experience helping others explore complex trauma, identity, interpersonal conflict, neurodivergence, as well as adolescent and childhood challenges. Whatever journey you’re on and whatever destination you have in mind, I’ll strive to help you feel confident, capable, and seen throughout it all.
