Adriaunna Jackson, LCSW
I am a therapist who takes a strengths-based approach to meet my clients where they are. My goal is to guide each client to explore and to become their authentic selves.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and difficult life transitions.
Outside of work, I like to spend time outside; either playing soccer or reading. I also like to spend time with my two cats and I’m currently learning how to play the bass.
Expertise: anxiety, depression, faith transitions, and LGBTQ+ stressors
Therapies: DBT, CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing
Background: private practice and hospital settings
Education: BSW, Utah State University; MSW, Boise State University
